本案位於大園市田心里，屬甲種建築用地，規劃為地上十四層、地下二層之集合住宅，共計66戶精心規劃的單元。設計以剛性且高效的格局為核心，兼顧空間清晰性與美感變化，營造現代且和諧的城市居住環境。採用成本可控且高品質的建材，如混色磚與水平律動元素，賦予建築立面生動的表情，並兼具耐用性。景觀空間內化並集中配置，營造寧靜且具凝聚力的全齡化社區。本案不僅提供住宅，更呈現舒適、互動且長久的生活願景。
Located in Tiansin Village, Dayuan City, this Type A residential development comprises a striking 14-storey building with two basement levels, offering 66 thoughtfully designed units. The project embraces a robust and efficient layout, combining clarity with aesthetic variation to create a modern and harmonious urban living environment. Using cost-efficient yet high-quality materials such as blended-colour bricks and horizontally rhythmic detailing, the design introduces dynamic architectural expression while ensuring durability. Landscaped spaces are internalised and centrally positioned, fostering a calm, inclusive, multi-generational community. This project delivers not only homes but a lasting vision for comfortable, connected living.
新北市三重區都市更新整建計畫

本計畫位於新北市三重區田安段及重陽路二段，旨在透過都市更新整建工程，全面改善既有建築的外觀與居住品質。工程內容涵蓋外牆磁磚翻新、乾式鋁板與格柵立面更新、老舊鐵窗及門窗更換、屋頂平台修繕、樓梯間整修與扶手更換、外牆燈具更新，以及空調管線整理。透過整體規劃，不僅使建築煥然一新，更展現現代美學與實用功能的完美結合。此工程將有效解決建築滲漏、裂縫與老化問題，提升整體結構安全與使用年限，並為住戶帶來更舒適、安全與美觀的居住環境。更重要的是，透過外觀與公共空間的全面更新，將提升整體都市景觀，促進社區活力，打造宜居城市新典範。

Located in Tian’an Section and Chongyang Road Section of Sanchong District, New Taipei City, this project aims to revitalise building facades and improve living quality through comprehensive urban renewal works. The scope includes exterior tile replacement, dry aluminum panel and grille facade upgrades, replacement of old iron windows and doors, rooftop platform repairs, staircase refurbishment and handrail replacement, exterior lighting updates, and air-conditioning pipeline organisation. Through holistic planning, the project blends modern aesthetics with functional improvements, giving the building a refreshed, contemporary look.
The project received the MUSE Design Awards 2026 Gold Winner, recognising JYA Architects & Partners for excellence in architectural design and urban renewal. Through thoughtful design and integrated planning, the project extends the building's lifespan, revitalises the surrounding streetscape, and creates a safer, more comfortable, and sustainable living environment for the community.

A Contemporary Residential Community
本案位於嘉義縣朴子市都市計畫區，規劃 6 棟集合住宅、共 129 戶，打造兼具生活品質、環境舒適與社區共享精神的現代住宅聚落。JYA 葉明翰建築師事務所 負責整體建築規劃與設計整合，從建築量體、住宅配置到開放空間系統，透過合理棟距、自然採光與通風、景觀綠化及公共空間串聯，營造宜居且富有社區互動的生活環境。建築採現代簡約設計語彙，以垂直框架、深凹陽台及水平線條塑造清晰比例，並整合遮陽、自然通風與陽台綠化等被動式設計策略，回應嘉義高日照、高溫的氣候條件。整體規劃兼顧美學、機能與永續性，展現 JYA 對當代集合住宅與地方城市發展的設計思考。
Located in the urban planning district of Puzi, Chiayi County, this development comprises six apartment buildings with 129 residential units, creating a contemporary neighbourhood that emphasises liveability, environmental quality, and community. JYA Architects & Partners led the architectural planning and design integration, carefully coordinating building massing, residential layouts, landscape, and open spaces to maximise daylight, natural ventilation, and communal connections. The architecture adopts a clean, contemporary language defined by vertical framing, recessed balconies, and balanced proportions. Passive environmental strategies—including solar shading, natural ventilation, and balcony planting responding to the warm climate of southern Taiwan while enhancing long-term residential comfort. The project reflects JYA's commitment to sustainable, people-centred housing that supports evolving lifestyles and contributes to the future development of regional cities.
